In Florida, you need a certified copy of marriage certificate Office DL. Do not keep it, you just saw. It costs $ 10, please contact your own state for DL.
Note: Do not take the marriage certificate .. Must be a photocopy of a certified copy, or they will not change. I believe that most states now require verification of documents and distribution lists of ID cards.
You need to go to city hall (in the village, which is) married to a copy of marriage certificate, has all the information you there.
